First time using Scott for house washing and window cleaning. After Scott left the windows dried and left streaks and spots. Contacted Scott and he said the window washer unit filter probably needed changing. His crew returned and re-did the windows and it was definitely an improvement. Satisfied with both the house washing and the window cleaning and would use his company again.

All in all they did an excellent job. There are a couple of spots that i wish were cleaner, but the team did well.

Scott and Scott from Protech power-washed and removed 55 years of stains and mold from around my home; power-washed the roof line, chimney, gutters, the aluminum siding, bricks, garage floor and garage door, front and back porch, and then cleaned the outside windows. Saving me over two days of outdoor spring cleaning. Fact: Protech Power Wash Company is located in Michigan. I liked that. The products used did not disturb my flowers or grass. I liked that. Neighbors came by while Scott and Scott were cleaning, inquiring and scheduled to have their home power washed as well. We contracted Scott to powerwash and clean our CVS location at 21 and Gratiot and were extremely pleased by his services. He powerwashed our building facade, sidewalks and cleaned our windows. He made sure to do a site inspection before services to get scope, checked in on service day and kept us up on progress during and after the service to make sure it met our standards. Scott cleaned our home/porches/pergola this past summer and we were very happy with the work. We just booked him for our dryer vent cleaning which was incredibly helpful for us as our vent leads out to our roof making it difficult for us to tackle on our own. Scott was able to get up there, use his hose/truck to suck everything out and was done within 1 hour. Highly recommend!

There were several great points to the service that Scott of ProTech provided that I really appreciated. 1. Scott was more than willing to help me with my time sensitive scheduling. When Scott said he would be at my house on a certain date and time that is just what happened. 2. When Steve arrived, ON TIME, he introduced himself and we walked the property to ensure we were both of the same understanding. But I didn’t have to tell him much as Scott had already given Steve a complete job briefing. Steve and his helper once started didn’t stop until the job was complete. Afterwards Steve and I walked the property again to make sure that I was satisfied AND I WAS! It was refreshing to deal with a company that was so willing to provide excellent customer service. I would recommend using ProTech for your needs as I will be using them again.

I received the whole house/driveway/window bundle...well worth it! What a difference it made! Communication with scheduling, reminder appt, and the day of appt the call to let me know arrival time, made it stressfree. The team that showed up were very friendly and helpful too. Last year I noticed our cream-colored trim was looking dingy. I bought an electric power washer that had great reviews on Amazon. It turned out that it had less power than my garden hose. It was a pea shooter. I got my money back. This year I was going to purchase a gas-powered washer. I read up on it and as I really didn't know what I was doing, I was afraid I would blow our porch off. I called your company, and you were able to fit me in. We had our home cleaned, our mold covered driveway and a retaining wall around the maple on our front lawn cleaned. We had our home resided 12 years ago. I thought the sun had faded the color. When your guys were all done, I realized our siding was THAT dirty. The trim glows and the siding is back to the pretty color it originally was. The driveway looks immaculate and the wall around the tree really looks new. I thought the price was reasonable. Just the cost of cleaning our home was less than a gas-powered washer that got a decent review. The guys were really nice, eager to please and worked and worked and WORKED to get our home sparkling. I smiled when I saw the Detroit Firefighter T-shirt one gentleman wore. It gave me confidence that they KNEW what to do with a hose! Thank you for a terrific job.

The power washing business in my experience has always been less than professional but my experience with protech couldn’t have been more the opposite. From the moment I reached out to the time the job was finished Scott was extremely professional and maintained excellent communication. The scheduling and my unfortunate rescheduling was super easy and I liked being able to choose my own options without being hassled with up-sells. The job was done correctly and my house and deck look great. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Scott is a hard working guy. We’ve worked with him a couple of times. Always very thorough and professional. We tried cheaper guys. they’’re usually in and out in a hurry and left a mess. I’d rather pay a little more and sleep better knowing it got done right. I recommend Precision Pro Exteriors.

Scott did a Wonderful job on our siding and the outside windows, 2nd time using this company first being in 2020. I will use him again and again. He was even earlier than what he said. Great work, very professional. You can tell he cares about the work he does. My husband is the type that thinks he can do it himself. After using Scott the first time, he was convinced, we needed to call him back this year. 5 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY .

This window washing project was a challenging one. The windows had been painted back in May for a fundraiser advertisement. Imagine the sun belting on the paint/windows and the dirt and grim for over 5 months. Scott was able to locate and purchase the proper cleaning product to remove the paint/dirt from the windows. Long and tedious task with amazing results! Job well done!
